Pulled the 4-inch utility knife out for trimming chicken thighs yesterday and it handled the job cleanly without any awkward wobble. That 8-inch chef’s knife is now my go-to for everyday chopping, and having both in one set means I don’t have to grab a second knife for smaller tasks.

The 8-inch chef’s knife feels perfectly balanced in my hand, and the 4-inch utility knife is ideal for trimming veggies. Both arrived razor-sharp and held their edge through a whole week of meal prep.
