Gourmet 2-Piece Carving Set

The fork has a nice heft to it and makes holding a roast steady so much easier, while the slicer glides through even a thick-cut ham without any tearing.

Carved a whole roast chicken with the slicer last night and the blade went through the breast in one clean pass, no tearing at all. The two-pronged fork held the bird steady while I worked, which I didn't think I'd use nearly as much as I do.

The knife’s blade is impressively sharp right out of the box, gliding through a large pork shoulder with almost no effort. My only tiny wish is that the handles had a bit more grip when wet, but overall it’s a solid set for the price.
