Ikon 3-Piece Knife Set

The carving knife glides through a roast like nothing I've owned before, and the paring knife feels precise for small work. Between the three, I've got every task covered without cluttering the drawer.

I was a little worried the carving knife would sit unused, but it's already become my go-to for Sunday roasts. The handles are incredibly comfortable and the whole set feels solid in the hand, no wobble or flex. Definitely a step up from my old block set.

The chef’s knife feels perfectly balanced in my hand, and the paring knife handles detail work like a dream. I’ve used them every day for a week and they still look brand new.
