クラシックイコン 2点セット ミニアジアンナイフ

The synthetic handle feels denser and more durable than the wooden ones I've used before, giving me real confidence when mincing garlic. These knives cut through a butternut squash with no effort at all.

The balance is spot-on with that double bolster, and the synthetic handle has a nice solid feel that doesn't slip even when my hands are slightly wet. For the price, these two knives cover most of my daily chopping and slicing without taking up much drawer space.

The double bolster design gives these little knives a heft that feels far more substantial than their size suggests, and the polyoxymethyl handle has a smooth, almost dense texture that stays put in my hand. I’ve been using the smaller one for paring tasks daily, and it hasn’t dulled or shifted once
