Gourmet 4 1/2" Steak Knife

The plain edge on this knife slices through steak like butter without shredding the meat at all. I've used it on pork chops too, and the blade stays incredibly sharp after several washes.

Took these out for pork chops and the plain edge glided through without shredding a single strand of meat. The 4 1/2" size is perfect for a regular plate, not too long, not too short. Definitely my favorite tool for any kind of protein now.

Used these on a ribeye last night and the plain edge glided through without shredding a single fiber. Even the gristly parts were no match, which is rare for steak knives I've owned.
