고메 그레이 7피스 나이프 블록 세트

I was a little skeptical about spending this much on a knife set, but the full tang extending into the handle gives me total confidence while chopping. The blades feel incredibly solid and keep their edge through a whole week of meal prep.

The 56 Rockwell hardness is the real deal—I've been prepping veggies daily for two weeks and the edge still glides through tomatoes without tearing. The full tang makes the balance feel solid in my hand, and the block keeps everything organized on my counter.

The tang running straight through the handle gives me way more control than my old set, and the 56 Rockwell hardness means these edges are holding up beautifully after a month of daily prep. Feels like a proper upgrade every time I pull one out of the block.
