Category: Cutting Board

The WÜSTHOF Bread Cutting Board is made of heat-treated beech and includes a convenient crumb catcher. The stable cutting base is perfect for slicing bread and rolls. As you slice, crumbs fall through the wood slats directly into the crumb catcher, which can easily be emptied, minimizing clean-up time.

This cutting board measures approximately 15.75" L x 9.8" W x 1" H.

Jacob H. ★★★★★

I love how the heat-treated beech feels solid and smooth under my knife—no slipping at all. Slicing a crusty sourdough left a neat pile of crumbs in the catcher, which I just tipped into the sink.

Lucy Q. ★★★★★

The crumb catcher is a game-changer—no more sweeping flour off the counter after every loaf. The beech surface holds the bread steady while I slice, and it’s already developing a nice patina. Exactly what my kitchen was missing.

Violet O. ★★★★★

I've had this board for two weeks now and the heat-treated beech surface holds up beautifully against my daily sourdough slicing. The crumb catcher slides out easily for quick cleanup, which makes me actually use it instead of grabbing a plate.
