$32.85 $45 In stock

The WÜSTHOF Universal Hand-Held Knife Sharpener can be adjusted to sharpen either standard or Asian-style blades. Each setting provides two stages of sharpening for a total of four stages.

First, use the carbide sharpening slot to smooth irregularities and refine the angle of the blade edge. Next, the knife can be drawn through the ceramic sharpening slot to finish honing the blade to a refined, razor-sharp edge.

Because it can be switched easily between standard and Asian blades, this is the only sharpener you need to keep all your premium kitchen knives sharp.

Madison D. ★★★★★

The two-stage sharpening on the standard blade setting brought my dull santoku back to life in under two minutes, and switching to the Asian-style setting was genuinely easy. I've already used it on three knives and the edge is holding up great.

Thomas A. ★★★★★

My kitchen knives have never stayed this sharp between professional sharpenings. The adjustable setting for Asian-style blades works perfectly on my santoku, and the two-stage system leaves a surprisingly clean edge after just a few passes.

Hannah ★★★★★

I've got both German and Japanese knives, so the adjustable standard/Asian setting sold me, and it actually works on both without mangling the edge. The two-stage setup leaves them noticeably sharper than my old pull-through ever did.
