The non-slip holder kept the stone perfectly in place while I worked, which made sharpening my old chef's knife much easier. After using the fine 3000 side, the blade got noticeably smoother and cuts through tomatoes like butter.

Zoe ★★★★★

The coarse 1000 side took a small chip out of my chef's knife in just a few minutes, and the non-slip holder kept the stone perfectly still on my counter. Switching to the fine 3000 side gave the blade a noticeably sharper, more polished edge. I've been using it every weekend since.

Lily ★★★★★

My kitchen prep has honestly transformed since using the coarse 1000 side, it took my dull chef’s knife from struggling on tomatoes to clean slices in a couple of passes. The non-slip holder is the real winner, the stone didn't budge a millimeter even when I got a bit aggressive with the angle.
