Performer 3-Piece Starter Set

The DLC coating really lives up to the hype—it sliced through a tomato without any pressure at all. Cleanup is a breeze too, which I wasn't expecting with a coated blade.

Chopping butternut squash usually makes me nervous, but this knife set sliced through the rind and flesh with almost no effort at all. The DLC coating on the blade really lives up to the hype.

The DLC coating really does make the difference—onions and tomatoes don’t stick or crush, and the glide through a hard squash was shockingly smooth. For a starter set, the three pieces cover most of what I need daily, and the blades still look brand new after a month of use.
