حجر إعادة التشكيل

I've been using my old stone for ages and the dishing was getting frustrating, but this reshaping stone levels it flat in just a couple of passes. It's sturdy and has a nice coarse grit that works quickly without scratching the surface.

My old stone was starting to dish out in the middle, but a few passes with this flattening block had it perfectly level again. The coarse grit really bites into the surface without scratching it up.

I sharpen a lot of kitchen knives, and my stones always end up dished in the middle. This flattens them back out in a few minutes of rubbing, and I can feel the difference right away when I go back to sharpening. Should've grabbed one of these years ago.
