Category: Nakiri

Steven ★★★★★

The blade glides through onions and carrots like nothing, and the flat profile makes mincing garlic almost effortless. I've been reaching for it every night since it arrived, and cleanup is quick since food doesn't cling to the edge.

Richard V. ★★★★★

The hollow edge really keeps the blade from sticking to potatoes and carrots—it glides through both without that annoying suction. It’s light enough for quick dicing but has the weight to push through a dense cabbage wedge, which is exactly what I wanted in a nakiri.

Grace ★★★★★

I've been using this Nakiri for a few weeks now, and the 7-inch blade glides through onions and carrots with almost no effort. The hollow edge does its job, but what really stands out to me is how lightweight it feels for its size.
