Classic 6" Curved Meat Fork

The tines are so sharp and narrow that they sink right into a roast without any force, and the curve makes lifting and plating portions genuinely effortless. First time I've used a carving fork that actually does the holding work instead of just poking at the meat.

The narrow tines grip the roast firmly enough that I can slice with one hand while the other holds the fork steady. It's slightly lighter than my old one, but it does the job well for portioning out a whole chicken.
