Klassieke Ikon 2-delige kookset

The paring knife feels incredibly precise, making quick work of trimming herbs and shallots. Both knives arrived with a sharp edge out of the box, and the contoured handle fits my hand naturally. A solid upgrade from my old block set.

The balance on the Chef's Knife is incredible, it feels like an extension of my hand with the ergonomic handle. I used the paring knife to peel apples and it sliced through the skin effortlessly with no struggle at all.

After years of using cheaper knives that just couldn't keep an edge, the difference with this set is night and day - that 8-inch chef knife glides through onions like butter. The weight and balance feel perfect in my hand, making prep work actually enjoyable rather than a chore.
