Classic Ikon 7" Hollow Edge Craftsman

The hollow edge on this Craftsman knife really helps reduce friction when slicing through tomatoes and roasted vegetables. It feels like a natural extension of my hand, not awkward at all. Perfect for breaking down a chicken and then moving straight to chopping herbs without switching blades.
