Ikon 9" Chef's Knife

I've been reaching for this knife for every single meal prep since it arrived—the balance is so good that chopping onions feels effortless. The 9-inch blade makes short work of a butternut squash where my old knife would get stuck.

Dicing sweet potatoes used to feel like a workout, but this thing goes through them with barely any pressure. The 9-inch length gives me enough room to rock through a whole bunch of herbs without my knuckles hitting the board.
