Classic 4-Piece Steak Knife Set

The weight and balance feel just right in hand, and the serrated edge tore through a thick ribeye without shredding it. Took a couple of extra passes on a crusty sourdough, but that’s a fair trade for how clean the meat cuts are.

The serrated edge on these knives cut through a well-done steak without shredding the meat, which is exactly what I needed. They feel nicely balanced in the hand, too.

Used them on some thick ribeyes last night and they sliced through like butter. The edge is noticeably sharper than my old set, and the handles feel well-balanced in hand.
