Classic 6" Cleaver

After chopping through a whole chicken, including the backbone, I'm seriously impressed by how the blade hasn't dulled at all. It handled a butternut squash with the same ease as cutting through ribs.

Bought this mainly for breaking down pork ribs and it goes through bone like it's nothing. The blade is heavy enough that I barely have to push, though it took a day to get used to the extra weight in my hand.

This cleaver handled cutting through a few pork ribs without any trouble, the weight of the blade does most of the work for you. I wish the handle had a bit more contour for a secure grip when things get greasy. Still, for the price it’s a solid workhorse.
