Gourmet 5" Serrated Utility Knife

Honestly the first thing I noticed is how the serrated edge glides through a crusty roll without shredding it into crumbs. I've used it every day for lunches this week and it's still just as sharp, which is more than I can say for my old knives.

Took this to a friend's brunch and it sliced through bagels and tomatoes like they were butter. The serrated edge is perfectly fine enough to avoid tearing soft breads.

My morning rolls used to turn into a crumbly mess, but this knife goes through them so cleanly it feels almost unfair to call it a utility knife. The fine serrations really do the job on both crusty bread and softer fillings for lunch prep.
