10" Stainless Steel Poultry Shears

I was a bit skeptical about curved blades for poultry, but these made butterflying a turkey so much easier than my old straight shears—the handles are comfortable too.

These shears cut through a whole chicken like butter, and the curved blade made jointing the thighs effortless. I was especially impressed with how easily they handled the backbone for spatchcocking, no twisting or struggling required.

I was a little nervous about tackling a whole turkey, but the curved blade made jointing the legs feel effortless. It cleaned up easily with a quick rinse, and the stainless steel hasn't shown any spots after a few uses.
