Cut a ribeye cleanly without sawing, and the wide blade makes quick work of a thick pork roast. Only downside is hand-washing, but the plum handle’s grip keeps it comfortable during cleanup.

The first thing I noticed was how evenly the blade cut through a thick ribeye—no sawing back and forth required. The plum wood handle has a nice, solid feel in my hand, though I do wish it were easier to clean since it needs hand washing.

I’ve had these for about a month, and the extra-wide blade makes cutting through a thick ribeye feel effortless. The plum wood handle has a nice weight to it, but I do wipe it dry right after hand-washing since it’s not dishwasher safe.
