The olive wood handle feels warm and solid in my hand, and the engraving on the blade is even more intricate up close than in the photos. I’ve had it a week and it’s already my go-to for everything from herbs to butternut squash.

That blade glides through tomatoes like nothing else I've owned. The engraved detailing on the steel is really intricate and beautiful to look at while I'm prepping.

The olive wood handle has this warm, grippy feel that makes long chopping sessions way less tiring on my wrist. I've had it a few weeks and it still glides through onions like they're nothing.
