Gourmet 23-Piece Knife Block Set

Finally got this set after years of cheap knives, and the 56 Rockwell hardness is a game changer—my old blades dulled after a few chops. The tang extending into the handle gives a nice, balanced grip that feels secure even when slicing through a tough butternut squash.

The full tang makes these knives feel incredibly well-balanced, and the 56 Rockwell hardness means they hold an edge noticeably longer than my old set. Slicing through a butternut squash felt effortless for the first time.

Grabbed this set to finally replace my mismatched collection, and the full tang on every knife gives me real confidence while chopping. The 56 Rockwell hardness is a noticeable upgrade too.
