Gourmet 18-Piece Knife Block Set

I was nervous about spending this much on knives, but the 56 Rockwell hardness keeps the blades razor-sharp even after weeks of daily chopping. The ergonomic handles feel secure in my hand, and the block holds everything neatly.

The full tang makes a huge difference in balance—every slice feels controlled, and the 56 Rockwell rating keeps the edge sharp through a week of meal prep without a touch-up.

I was pleasantly surprised by how sharp these knives were straight out of the box—the 56 Rockwell hardness really shows. The extended tang gives me a secure grip, making chopping feel effortless and precise.
