Gourmet 16-Piece Knife Block Set

The peeling knife is remarkably nimble for small prep work, and the whole set feels solid in the hand. I’ve used it daily for two weeks now, and every blade still has that factory-sharp edge.

The full-sized chef's knife feels perfectly balanced in my hand, and the block keeps everything organized on the counter. I've already used the paring knife for trimming veg and it holds a sharp edge beautifully.

The peeling knife is so nimble I actually enjoy prepping garlic and shallots now, and the blades keep their edge through a week of heavy use. I’ve had pricier sets that dulled faster, so this one’s a steal for the price.
