Gourmet 7-Piece Knife Block Set

The handles feel solid in my grip, and the paring knife has already made quick work of hulling strawberries and trimming green beans this week. Slicing through a ripe tomato with the chef’s blade was effortless, no squishing at all.

I was a bit skeptical about the paring knife’s size, but it makes quick work of peeling apples and trimming veggies. The whole set feels remarkably balanced in hand, and the block keeps everything organized.

The blades keep their edge through a full week of meal prep, and the paring knife handles even the smallest garlic cloves without slipping. It’s a set that makes you wonder why you waited so long to upgrade.
