William E. ★★★★★

The 56 Rockwell hardness rating means these blades hold an edge noticeably longer than my old block set. Prep work feels quicker and more precise, and the knives have a nice balanced weight that I've really come to appreciate.

John L. ★★★★★

Feels amazing in the hand—the full tang makes it perfectly balanced, and the blade holds its edge noticeably longer than my old set. Carving a roast last night was effortless, which is exactly what I hoped for.

David B. ★★★★★

I was a little skeptical about spending more on knives, but the Rockwell hardness rating of 56 means they hold an edge noticeably longer than my old set. The blade feels perfectly balanced in my hand, making chopping vegetables feel effortless.
