Gourmet 7

  • Gourmet
  • Gourmet
  • Gourmet
  • Gourmet

George ★★★★★

The tang running all the way into the handle makes these feel incredibly balanced in my hand—no wobble or cheapness. I’ve used the chef’s knife for a week straight and it’s held its edge beautifully on everything from onions to cooked chicken.

Carter ★★★★★

The full tang makes the chef’s knife feel incredibly balanced—I actually look forward to prepping veggies now. The laser-cut edge held up through a month of daily use without needing a sharpening, which surprised me for a set this price.

Ella ★★★★★

The 56 Rockwell hardness means these blades have kept their edge through weeks of daily meal prep, no annoying honing needed. I love how the full tang runs straight into the handle, giving real balance when I'm chopping herbs or slicing a roast. This set honestly makes me look forward to cooking.
