Classic 9" Hollow Edge Carving Knife

Used it on a pork shoulder last weekend and the narrow blade glided through cleanly, no sawing back and forth. That longer profile really does help you follow the bone without shredding the meat.

The pointed tip made trimming around the rib bones almost effortless, and the hollow edge grabbed the meat without tearing it. I’ve already carved two roasts with it and the blade still feels as sharp as the first slice.

Finally found a knife that actually slides through a prime rib without shredding it. The hollow edge really does help keep the slices clean and the pointed tip makes it easy to work around the bone.
