Ikon 8" Bread Knife

Finally a knife that actually cuts through hard squash without me worrying it'll slip. The handle feels well-balanced and secure in my hand. Only wish it came with a blade guard for storage.

The serrated edge tears through crusty sourdough without squashing the middle, which is exactly what I needed. Wish the handle were a touch longer for my big hands, but it's comfortable enough for a full loaf.

Bought this mainly for slicing tomatoes and crusty loaves, and the serrated edge cuts clean without squashing anything. The handle feels solid in the hand, though it's a touch heavier than my old knife. Good for the price.
